Ward Campout

We had two tents to put us all in. Aaron ended up with a tent all to him self and Ashlyn insisted on sleeping by herself in the van. I think she was in quite the mood from all of the smores that evening. Yummmm!

We had two redheaded Ashlyn's in our group of 5 families.

The ward provided pancakes, sausage, and fruit for breakfast. It was fabulous.

There was a beach for the kids to all run and play in at the reservoir. They had SOOOOOO much fun!

We didn't realize there was a beach there before we left. I made sure I had Brynna and Cyerra's suits because I knew there was a reservoir, but Ashlyn and Aaron didn't want to get their swim suits. Of course they didn't want to miss out on the fun once they saw what it was so they got all wet and sandy anyway. I guess next time I will insist harder that they get their suits. They still had a blast, and knew well not to complain about their wet clothes on the half hour ride home!

All in all I think there ended up being about 230 people at the ward campout. It was amazing. There were so many great people to have fun with and we had a blast! We look forward to next year!
